Wondering around the ol’ computer and came across some great photos of Studio 21’s Halloween party last year (2013). Sometimes you get a little busy and time just flys by…It’s wild how many great times we’ve been able to share with the Studio 21 Fam. I think I speak for us all when I say, “Damn I wanna party every day!” Sometimes we get so busy tattooing, we forget to share these really awesome moments with our friends, clients and 21 Family, so here ya go. We sure do appreciate the great people that we have the privilege of working with here at Studio 21 Tattoo and always are looking forward to spending those great nights together away from the shop. THANKS CREW!!

LBS Patty Wagon, studio 21 tattoo, studio 21 tattoo artists on March 19, 2011 by Studio 21 Tattoo Gallery, IncStudio 21 Tattoo Gallery held the “Battle Royale w/Cheese” event March 6th, 2011. The weather was perfect and everyone turned out, what a good time!!! Early afternoon the three food trucks rolled in and set up quickly along with the crew from Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum. Once the bar opened, things begin to happen real quickly. Our locals were ready to rock…good food, good vibe, good music and killer tasty drinks. The crowds grew quickly and anywhere from 600 -800 passed through in a four hour window, awesome. Everyone came hungry and ready to grub. The judging began and the winners were: SlidinThru-Best Curb Appeal, Fuku Burger-Best Crowd Hype, LBS Patty Wagon-Best Burger. Our resident, apprentice, Josh made the steel trophies for the event, really creative. Every truck placed in a category, which was great for them. Fat Daddy’s Ice Cream truck was also on site with delicious treats for the little ones and those adults who wanted to top off the burgers with a little sweetness. The Sailor Jerry Rum concoctions were keeping a long steady line at the bar. Many local artists, as well as our tattoo artists at Studio 21 showed up with really nice pieces for the art show that accompanied the event, all food themed. This event was a big success and we thank everyone involved who made it happen. A special thanks to Austin Spencer, owner of Studio 21, for all his hard work coordinating with all the vendors and getting the word out to all the social media outlets, etc. Thank you to Brock with VegasFoodRestaurant.com for all your input, great working with you. We love our clients and all extended families who always come out to spread the love, see you at the next one! Join our FB Fan Club to keep up with the latest.
Local Chefs Mix Food and Ink
Posted in General Rambling with tags Austin Spencer, custom tattoo designs, inked local chefs, Las Vegas tattooed chefs, studio 21 tattoo on August 27, 2010 by Studio 21 Tattoo Gallery, IncIn Las Vegas Weekly March Issue they wrote an article on Las Vegas Chefs and Their Ink. Austin’s long time client and friend Tony Leitera was kind enough to give credit to Austin for his hard work and creativity on his sleeve. Tony has worked in many of Las Vegas incredible restaurants around town and is currently Specialty Room Chef at Village Seafood Buffet at the Rio. Tony has about 80 hours worth of ink on his arms, chest and legs, including one tattoo based on a recurring childhood dream and another inspired by his shot of choice-the Irish Car Bomb. Quote Tony, “I’ve always gotten tattooed for myself. When I’ve thought about getting tattoos on my back or the back of my legs, I can’t see those unless I look in the mirror. To me that doesn’t make any sense. I get tattooed for myself”. If you would like to check out more of what Tony has to say visit http:www.lasvegasweekly.com/videos/2010/mar/25/775/
Lone Star Round Up, Austin, TX
Posted in General Rambling with tags custom rods, hot rods, studio 21 tattoo on August 27, 2010 by Studio 21 Tattoo Gallery, IncApril 2010, Charlie, Austin and Becki joined a good friend Paul in Austin, Texas for a mini 3 day vacation. If you have never been to this event, and love cars, it is a must. It is held at the Austin Expo Center in what seems like several football fields of cars, more than you can possible look at in one day. A weekend filled with loud pipes, live music, pin striping, specialty vendors, shopping and a swap meet for vintage parts and accessories. The Saturday night cruise down Congress Ave. to the capital is worth the trip in itself. The event is covered by all the major car rags, Rod & Custom, Rolls & Pleats, Street Rodder, Rod & Kulture, Deluxe, Custom Rodder, etc to name a few. It’s a good time for sure, great art, cars, food and a little humidity to go all around. http://www.lonestarroundup.com
